Question: Cleaning companies are everywhere. What makes Clean It All any different?
Answer: We promise to improve upon what you are unhappy with because that’s how we have grown over the last decade. Imagine if you are unhappy with your cleaners, and you had to put up with them for a year because of your contract. Clean It All offers a 3 month no contract period, when you can evaluate us on our cleaning, and leave us within 30 days. Its our way of ensuring that the devil you don’t know is better than the devil you do know! We even have some customers who are so hurt by previous situations, they leave us without a contract.
- Question: The most common problem with Janitorial businesses is that when things are sub-standard, the customer complains, and when still unhappy, changes cleaners. How does Green & Gold work any differently?
Answer: We have a customer satisfaction survey which we implement once or twice a year with all of our accounts so that they can rate us on a scale of 1 to 10 for performance. If we don’t get a 10, we ask what we need to do so, and then implement changes. That puts us in a pro-active, rather than a reactive situation with our customers. Any you know, some of our clients will never give us a 10, despite all our efforts, because no one is perfect. We are OK with that. But we will still try, year after year to get the 10’s.
- Question: Has Green & Gold lost many accounts due to low quality cleaning?
As we all know, in these times with Companies closing either temporarily or permanently, cost cutting is imminent. Cleaning services are often the first to go. We have lost some, but except for one in 10 years of cleaning, who in fact did not give us the chance to change things, we have only lost customers to financial and distress situations.
